Barrag\u00e1n, a la altura del Estadio de B\u00e9isbol.\n\nGerardo Gloria Ju\u00e1rez, Director de Vialidad y Tr\u00e1nsito de Monterrey, exhort\u00f3 a los automovilistas a no exceder los l\u00edmites de velocidad.\n\n\u201cEstos operativos se realizan con el motivo de disuadir a los conductores de que respeten los l\u00edmites de velocidad, lo hacemos de forma aleatoria en diversas avenidas, todo ello para evitar los hechos de tr\u00e1nsito\u201d.\n\n\u201cCuando no existe una se\u00f1al gr\u00e1fica de l\u00edmite de velocidad, lo permitido es de 50 kil\u00f3metros por hora y seguiremos instalando este tipo de operativos en forma permanente\u201d, se\u00f1alo Gloria Ju\u00e1rez.\n\nOtra de las acciones que las autoridades municipales realizan con la finalidad de evitar hechos de Tr\u00e1nsito, es la instalaci\u00f3n de operativos de reducci\u00f3n de velocidad en arterias como Morones Prieto, Leones, y Revoluci\u00f3n, entre otras.\n\n\u201cPoco a poco vamos avanzando en materia de cultura vial, tratando de que concientizar a los conductores y que se eviten riesgos, y nosotros como autoridad preventiva estamos atacando esta problem\u00e1tica\u201d,
